I am always on the look out for new beverages that my family can try, while I am at the grocery store. I want to make sure that the drinks are not only tasty, but, also have to be on the healthier side. My kids absolutely love Cascade Ice beverages, which, are Naturally Flavored Sparkling Water with Juice. These drinks come in 17.2 fl oz bottles and can be found in your local grocery store. I was able to find a good selection at my local grocery store and the bottles were only 88 cents each! What makes these beverages so great is that they are Sugar Free, Sodium free, Caffeine free, Gluten Free and contain zero Carbs.
The girls and I also love that they come in 21 different flavors:
Acai Pomegranate, Blueberry Watermelon, Lemonade, Pink Grapefruit, Cherry Guava Blueberry, Coconut, Raspberry Black Currant, Orange mango, Cranbery Pomegranate, Raspberry Lemonade, Strawberry Guava, Acai Blueberry Pomegranate, Pomegranate Berry, Wild Berry, Key Lime Lula Pear, Huckleberry Blackberry, McIntosh Apple, Pineapple Blueberry Banana, Strawberry Lemonade, Peach Mango and Strawberry Chocolate.
The Coconut flavor is very sweet and refreshing and I thought it would be amazing if I made it into a smoothie type of drink, that would cool me off for the summer. I decided to do a Strawberry Pina Colada mocktail in the blender.
Strawberry Pina Colada Mocktail:
Add 1 cup of Cascade Ice Coconut beverage, 1 cup of ice, 2 tbs of Lite Cool Whip and 2 frozen strawberries to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
I also received a bottle of Cascade Ice Margarita Mixer and found it to be pleasant as well. I decided to make a Margarita this weekend and enjoy it by the pool.
Cascade Ice Margarita:
8 oz of Cascade Ice Margarita Mixer
1-1/2 oz tequila
2 lime wedges (optional)
Squeeze lime wedges (or use lime juice concentrate) into a pitcher and stir in tequila. Pour in Cascade Ice Margarita Mixer and stir aggressively. Serve in a chilled glass with a salted rim and lime garnish.

raspberry lemonade
I would love to win this, it’s the only way I drink water! The pomegranate kind is my absolute Dave, but the lulo pear is delicious too!
I can’t wait to try this Water. We’re looking for new ways to cut out soda completely. The flavors alone should be more then enough incentive.
