As a mother and wife, I find that it is important to provide my family with home cooked meals everyday. I always make sure to prepare my shopping and meal list on the weekend, for the following week. There are certain days of the week, when I am super busy and don’t have time to make an elaborate meal. This is the time when I heavily rely on marinades, sauces and dressings to add great taste to my speedy meals. This weekend I decided to make fresh salad with breadsticks and chicken alfredo for dinner. I used Spring Lettuce with pepperoncini and grated Parmesan Cheese and Drizzle the top with the Saucy Mama Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. This dressing really perks up the salad by giving it a sweet and zippy flavor. It is made with real raspberry juice, onions, garlic and a mixture of vinegars. Next, I used the Saucy Mama Parmesan Garlic Marinade to give my chicken pieces some pizzazz. I cut up the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and then put them in a shallow bowl and mixed in the Parmesan Garlic Marinade. I let the chicken sit in the refrigerator to fully marinate for about 30 minutes and then cooked the pieces on the stove. This marinade really made the chicken taste great and it was very tender and flavorful.
If you want to spice up your sandwich, burger or hotdog, you must try flavor infused mustard from Saucy Mama or the Suzie’s Yellow Mustard.
