The summer sun really beats down on us and dehydrates our bodies. My oldest daughter actually gets migraines if she doesn’t drink a lot of water. I told her that our bodies speak to us and that is her bodies way of letting her know that she needs to include more water in her daily routines. Resource Natural Spring Water provides you with 100% sustainably sourced spring water and contains natural electrolytes. I also appreciate that the bottles are made from 50% recycled plastic. One bottle is huge at 1 pint, 7.7 fl oz (which is about 24 fl oz) and contains zero calories.
The water itself is very crisp and clean. I actually took a sniff of it, to see if it had any scent at all and it doesn’t. I’ve never tried water with natural electrolytes, so, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Honestly, it has a very natural taste to it and is very refreshing to drink. I also love the size of the bottles, because I can take them with me anywhere and I know that when I finish one bottle, I’ve consumed almost 24 oz of water for the day. I am not a big water drinker in general and the bottle size and taste of the water actually helps me easily get my daily intake.
