My kids and I love eating Cheerios anytime of the day. I am so thankful that they enjoy Cheerios because it is a more nutritious cereal to eat, with only 100 calories and 1g of sugar per serving. It is nice to keep a good supply on hand, in my pantry, whenever they go on sale. General Mills now offers 2 box Cheerios packages, that are available at your local Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s. These 2 box Cheerios are packaged together and contain 2 full sized boxes.
The 2 box package format now features 2 individual boxes of Cheerios cereal, that are stuck together and you just pull them apart. It also makes it easier to store on your shelf and easier to pour. General Mills has reduced the amount of air in each individual bag and that allowed for them to add 10% more cereal and use less packaging.

- Less material – packaging material has been reduced by over 200,000 lbs of paperboard, and saves 1,000 trees per year!
- Fewer trucks –more boxes fit on each truck, which takes 130 trucks off the road each year and reduces CO2 emissions!
