I really enjoy yogurt but have been trying to stay away from eating dairy products for the past several years now. I get bloated and my stomach gets achy whenever I eat anything with dairy in it. I tend to stick with soy milk and soy products for that reason, but, I also LOVE soy. I was so excited when I found WholeSoy & Co because they make Soy Yogurt that is made with Organic Soybeans. WholeSoy & Co has a store locator on their website, so that you can find their products in your local grocery store or farmers market.
WholeSoy & Co offers a huge variety of flavors in their 6 oz tub….Apricot Mango, Blueberry, Cherry, Key Lime, Lemon, Mixed Berry, Peach, Plain, Raspberry, Strawberry, Strawberry Banana and Vanilla. You can also get Plain, Unsweetened Plain and Vanilla in the 24 oz tubs. I got to try the Strawberry Soy Yogurt and Vanilla. I was so impressed with the quality, taste and texture of this yogurt that it is now my favorite. The strawberry soy yogurt is simply to die for! It has a creamy and sweet taste to it with little chunks of strawberries. The texture is thick and smooth…your taste buds will want more!
The Strawberry Soy Yogurt contains only 160 calories per 6 oz size. It is vegan and contains no casein, whey, gluten and is cholesterol and lactose free. It is made with organic soybeans and contains zero trans fat.
Of course, yogurt is great on it’s own and I could literally eat it right out of the tub everyday as a snack. I also like to mix it up a little bit and use yogurt as a great breakfast treat mixed with granola. I also love to use plain yogurt to make dip by just adding a packet of ranch dressing, which, makes it more nutritious vs using sour cream. Another family favorite of ours is to make fruit salad by mixing yogurt and adding real fruit.

WholeSoy is amazing. I absolutely love the taste. I’ve tried other soy yogurt products but their’s really tops it. I love that its USDA organic and I can eat it alllll day guilt free. I like many flavors but the plain vanilla makes me happiest!!
