Review – 20 Second Fitness Workout Week #3

I am so happy to be reporting that I have actually stuck to a workout routine that I love and am now on week #3!! 20 Second Fitness is so great because I can easily fit it into my day and after I am done, I feel like I ran a marathon. Plus, now that I have started on my third week, I am really starting to notice a difference in the way my clothes are fitting. My jeans and capri pants are all very loose in the waist area, which, is such a great feeling. My husband tells me everyday that I am starting to look more fit and he has even started the program himself because he could see the results that I was getting from using it. You can definitely see that I am getting a more curvy waist when you compare the first photo and second photo below.

The program focuses on pushing yourself to do the exercise given for 20 seconds at a time. You then get a 10 second rest before starting the next 20 second exercise. When I first started, I wasn’t sure what to expect and thought that I would be a wuss and not be able to give it my all. My mentality is that I only work out for about 8 minutes at a time so why not give it EVERYTHING that I have. I mean, it’s only 8 minutes, seriously!!
