My mother and I were blessed with nails that are strong and grow quickly. They do tend to break easily and become brittle if we don’t keep them polished. Seche is the creators of some fabulous nail care products that work wonders on nails. I was able to test out 4 products: Seche Base, Seche Natural, Seche Clear and Seche Vite. Each of these products come in a .5 glass bottle with full instructions on how to use each one properly.
Seche Natural contains ingredients like wheat protein and calcium to help strengthen nails and leave them with a healthy and natural finish. This is a matte type finish that makes the nails appear more natural. You can use this alone or as a base coat under polish. I noticed that it does have a very light tan color to it, which, is great, especially if you have any yellow on your nails. My nails tend to get that yellow tint to them and as you can see from the picture below…no yellow…just a natural color.
Seche Base Coat is a wonderful nail care product to use prior to polishing your nails. It has a white and shimmer color to it and actually looks really great, even if you decide to wear it alone. I noticed that my nails didn’t turn a yellow color, as long as I use the base coat before polishing my nails. This base coat also helps to fill in any ridges on your nails so that they don’t show through the polish.
The Seche Vite is a super speedy dry fast top coat and was seen in InStyle as a best beauty buy. This top coat can be used on your natural nails or on top of polish, once it has fully dried. I like to use two coats of it on top of my nail polish because it really adheres to the polish and keeps my nails looking fantastic for over a week. It is also guaranteed not to yellow natural nails and is resistant to chipping and peeling.
