I proudly display candles around my home. Not only do candles make the house smell great, but, they also create quite an ambiance. My favorite time to light up candles is right after I am done cleaning because they just make the house glow, sparkle and shine. At Fleur De Light, they have a section of jar candles called See The Light, Feed The Hungry. For every candle that you purchase, one dollar is given to Second Harvest Food Bank. This helps to provide a meal for a family of four.

Every jar candle is hand poured in New Orleans and arrives in a recyclable gift ready box. Each candle is available in a 7 oz size for $12 or 14 oz size for $18. There are actually 10 different scents to choose from: Cafe Au Lait, Citrus Bamboo, Cranberry Chutney, Creme Brulee, Fig, French Market, Honeysuckle Jasmine, Hyacinth, King Cake, Lavender, Lavender Lime, Lemongrass, Pomegranate Sage and Sugar Cookie. I picked Creme Brulee, which, is a blend of caramel, brown sugar and fresh cream. I just love the scent because it makes the entire room smell like freshly baked dessert. Another bonus is that the candles are made with a combination of soy, vegetable and paraffin waxes, so, that they are cleaner burning. And, the wicks are made with 100% cotton.

We keep packaging to a minimum to keep our environmental footprint small, and use 100 percent cotton wicks to reduce soot and carbon. Our concentrated scents ensure a full, rich, long-lasting aroma that will infuse an entire home.
