It’s always exciting for us when the weather gets warmer and we can start pool parties and BBQ grilling. One of our favorite things to eat during the summer would have to be Steak. Depending on the Grill Master who cooks and prepares the steak…it can turn out to be either: full of flavor and tender or dry and bland. That’s when I rely on Olde Westport Spice to provide me with the perfect seasonings!

I was able to try the Steak Dry Rub Seasoning Seasoning from Olde Westport Spice. This spice includes a delicious blend of garlic, pepper, onion and cayenne pepper to really give your steak some zesty flavoring. I followed the directions on the bottle to make a marinade which included mixing the seasoning with olive oil and red wine. I poured it over the steaks and allowed it to sit in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

My family and I were so impressed by the flavoring of the steak once they were hot off the grill! All of the spices worked extremely well together and the steaks came out juicy and tender. Olde Westport Spice Dry Steak Rub Seasoning is what I will be using to marinade my steaks with from now on!
