ENDED...Review & Giveaway - Crispbread and Shortbread by Byron Bay

I like to create Tea Parties with the girls several times a year. I allow the girls to pick what tea they want and I also have finger foods to go with our tea. We all sit down together (usually outside) and have a little tea party picnic in the grass. Byron Bay has some wonderful cookies and crispbreads that would compliment any tea party or party (for that matter).

The girls and I got to try out Cracked Pepper and Chives Crispbread and Lemon and Macadamia Nut Shortbread by Byron Bay. Let’s dive into those crispbreads! I was thrilled that as soon as I opened the box, I could smell the amazing aroma of cracked pepper. I couldn’t wait to try these because I love pepper and chives. The crispbread is seasoned very generously with cracked pepper that I could almost not taste the chives. The crispbread is paper thin, which I love, and has the flavor and crunch of a chip like cracker. These also are made without artificial colors or flavors and contain no trans fat.

The Bryon Bay Lemon and Macadamia Nut Shortbread Cookies are fabulous! They are little two bite cookies that have a rich lemon-y and nutty taste. They practically fall apart in your mouth and are so sweet and satisfying. One of my favorite things about this little cookie is that is is powdery and has a little bit of a crunch to it on the inside. Mmmm…mmmm….good!
